The Ranger is the first obtainable specialist of the Archer, which can be obtained from the level 36+ specialist quest. The Ranger's skills are mostly water based and are effective at disabling enemies from a great distance. Most of it's attack skills debuff enemies, debuffs such as freezing or exposing weakness. It also has skills that give it special enhancements like increasing it's movement speed, lowering the cooldown of it's skills and increasing it's accuracy.
