About Pirate card

The Pirate Specialist Card can only be obtained in Summer Event raid. The Pirate Card has only a few attacks. This cardhry you chose, but since it has no element there is no increse in attack power.dghdgdghf

Skill Effects: Probability of 10% you are able to create "blackout" (move unavailable. Any attack not allowed for 5 seconds). Probability of 70% you are able to create "Bleeding" (All attack powers are decresed to the player's level * 2, in every 6 seconds lose HP by player's level * 2)
